Description:

Nakhchivan's population reaches about 400,000, and many of them live in the city with only two hours of water supply and no sewerage network. Most households use pit latrines while some have septic tanks that usually overflowed. This presentation shares how the government, through a joint venture, overhauled its sewerage system.
