Factors Shaping the Flows and Policies for Technology Workers

Many factors affect policies on migration and technology workers. One of these is the uneven development among countries, demographic and economic shifts that increase or decrease demand for technology workers.  One example is India, a developing country whcih produces many technology workers. Since its economy cannot absorb the increasing supply, it has become a major source of technology workers globally.
