2016 Mobilizing Multi-Stakeholder Action for Reform

24 October 2016 to 27 October 2016

For more than a decade, Asian Development Bank (ADB) has recognized that improvement of governance, public sector reforms, and strengthened institutional performance in priority country programs and operations requires attention to complex and contested issues.

ADB's Government Thematic Group organized this third run of the Multi-Stakeholder Action for Reform Workshop to help sector operational staff improve the quality of project preparation and supervision in terms of multi-stakeholder engagement, strategic communication, and the design of stakeholder-design change interventions. The workshop included sessions that enabled participants to undertake individual and group work, role play simulations on the use of time-tested tools, concepts, approaches in development, and change intervention.
