Describe the fundamental principles of anticorruption and integrity.

This course introduces the key functions of the Office of Anticorruption and Integrity. It also highlights the responsibilities of ADB Staff in ensuring that development funds are not lost to corruption or other integrity violations.

This module introduces the key functions of the RWU and highlights the responsibilities of managers, supervisors, and staff in creating a positive and respectful workplace. The module also defines misconduct and explains how inappropriate staff behavior is addressed by ADB.

ADB’s mission is to support development in Asia and the Pacific, and this includes helping developing member countries (DMCs) fight corruption.This module defines corruption and its impact on development. It also provides an overview of ADB's Anticorruption Policy and Integrity Principles and Guidelines, which are the main policy documents and the cornerstone of ADB's Integrity framework. Finally, this module identifies practices that constitute integrity violations and shows examples of each integrity violation.
